Orders will go through 2 phases before being delivered:

All orders that do not contain custom items are processed within 1-3 business days, Orders containing customized items will be processed within 10-14 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed, especially during the holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your order.
Shipping time:
You will receive an order confirmation upon purchase and then a shipping confirmation via text message and/or email with your tracking number once your order is processed. Please allow 1–2 days for processing time before tracking your package. You could also contact us via email for help.

Holiday Shipping

What are duties and taxes and who pays them?
